Estimate for T10 stat is still there for upgrade. Checked strip heater amps. Made call for heat 1 degree higher than room temp. Checked temp rise. Checked static pressure. Total static is a little high .78†Checked refrigerant pressures. Checked all electric motors and components. Checked defrost. Water hardness test 9 gpg. Completed AC/HP Tune Up Form Provided estimates for NOVO Filtration and softening. Heat Pump is operating well at the time of maintenance
