Performed Heating Tune Up on American Standard Hybrid System. Replaced High Efficiency Aprilaire 401 Air Filter. Cleaned and serviced Humidifier. Humidifier is set to 35% on Thermostat. Ran test on Humidifier from the Thermostat to test operation. Inspected Furnace and cleaned all drain lines and tubing. Cleaned Condensation Pump and EZ Trap. Tested system in Heat Pump mode and measured Air Temperatures. Tested system in Auxiliary Mode and performed Combustion Analysis on unit. Performed Precision Heating Tune Up on Heat Pump system which supplies the Sunroom Addition to the home. Checked Air Filter which was clean. Tested electrical components on Indoor and Outdoor Units. Put system into Heating mode and measured refrigerant charge. Tested Auxiliary Electric Heat and measured 20 Amps across 5kw Heating Element. Performed Inspection/Tune Up on Tankless Water Heater.
