Performed heating maintenance on a gas furnace, a gas tankless water heater and a heat pump. Replaced air filters. Cleaned burners and flame sensors , inspected heat exchangers. Checked voltage, amperage and electrical connections, measured capacitor values. Started heat pump, calculated btu output. Checked operation and temperature rise across coil.
