Talked to Dan about ductwork sizing concerns. Concerns with duct sizing steam from comfort issues on 2nd floor during summer months. There is a lot of ductwork in basement area that is not sealed. Recommended duct sealing. Dan would like one piece of trunk moved as well so he can finish the space in the future. Air balancing is also recommended. Looked at attic space to review insulating levels. Recommend air sealing and insulating the attic space. Dan had a Peco assessment performed 3 months ago.
