6/26/25 Tan and Joe Arrived to address Bosch heat pump systems installed in 2022z Client (Tony) stated house gets humid around this time of year and ever since the system was installed, it never handled the humidity. Recently he discovered mold in basement area. Home has two systems: one for main area of home 1st and 2nd floor with thermostat on 1st floor dining room. Second system does the single room addition in the back of home. Checked settings and wiring for main system. It is a 4ton air handler with 5 ton outdoor. Found first and second stage wired at the same time which made it run at 100% airflow capacity at 1450~ cfm whenever it calls for cooling. We removed and separated the Y1 and Y2 wiring and wired them independently to thermostat. We soon discovered that the thermostat can only be set for 1 stage. We need to replace with a 2 stage thermostat T6Pro Wi-Fi for customer satisfaction. Now with the system calling for Y1 it will deliver about 1100~cfm to run longer and help w
