Reviewed equipment with customer. Amir stated his enegy gas bill increased by 50 percent this year over last year. House temp was at 73 degf. He mentioned it was the same lasy year. Peco saying it is 6 degf colder this year over last year. Need to review bill data and also review the temperatures to validate data. Reviewed settings on thermostat and furnace, checked air filter, and performed combustion test. Increased high stage setting to 300 seconds from 600 seconds. This will speed high stage operation and will cause unit to shutbdown sooner. Informed Amir this may be best for efficiency but it is not best for comfort.
