Today we visited to determine why the unit isn’t draining properly. Based on our previous efforts it seems the drain line has a double-trap or needs more pitch. The outside trap was removed today and the unit seems to be draining well. We should return at the end of this week to see if the issue is resolved or if the drain line needs more pitch.
