Two days in a row you have sent same technician. He left and said AC was fixed and neither day was it fixed. He also said he did service that we paid you in May for??? Now my family has to wait another day so hopefully someone competent comes.
James was great at pinpointing the issue with our AC. His knowledge helped us to make a decision on rather to repair or replace.
Overall great experience again. I have used on multiple occasions and always get honest work/repairs.
Geraldo Answered questions, solved the problem, nice, attentive and professional. Thanks for a job well done.
Hot2Cold is an awesome company. The person they sent to check on our system named James was supposed to give us an estimate for our AC duct cleaning which I thought we needed because some rooms were much hotter than others. James checked our entire system and found that it settings the installation company left for our units are not proper for our house. He put proper settings and adjusted all of the vents in the house which made it feel much better. On top of that he didn’t charge us anything! I haven’t seen this level of honesty and professionalism in a long time. Recommend this company to anyone who needs their AC serviced.
Overall great experience from start to finish. James came out on time and looked at the system and told me what the issue was and how to repair. Overall 5 stars, will be my first call when in need service.
Hot 2 Cold was my 2nd opinion after getting an outrageous price from my long term A/C company and I was absolutely glad I called them. Tech was James T who was considerably the most patient and knowledgeable technician I’ve ever encountered. Fixed our problem fast and affordable. He explained the work step by step in terms I could relate too. I’m dumping my old A/C company and sticking to Hot 2 Cold from now on. I’ve already recommended them to my friends and family.
Jason, has a very friendly personality and extremely knowledgeable. His workmanship is efficient, proficient and methodical! It is evident he know his job and was able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly! I highly recommend Jason to future customers!
One week after closing on our house our AC went. It was 9pm Friday night and we were lucky enough to stumble across Hot2Cold. They scheduled us an appointment for first thing Saturday morning. John came out and spent time working with us on all the options and what would be best. He was sympathetic to our situation and really went the extra mile to help make us feel comfortable. After deciding on a system that would work best, he got us set up with an install Monday morning. Our install team was led by Dylan, and I can't say enough about the hard work they put in. They were at our house by 8am, but some warehouse issues (nothing to do with them) caused them to have to be at our house all day and into the night. At no point did they consider leaving the job until the next day. They worked until they were finished (9:30pm) and were always willing to answer any questions we had despite hours of work. They cleaned up everything and explained the full system to us despite over 12 hours onsite. My family could not have been happier to find Hot2Cold.

Today we visited to determine why the upstairs ac unit was not working. We learned the unit had a failed hermetic capacitor. James replaced the capacitor and the system is now working properly. In addition to repairing the outside unit James adjusted the airflow profile in the air handler to help with air noise upstairs.
Today we visited to perform the annual maintenance on the HVAC equipment. Performance wise, the unit are working well, but the air quality in the home needs to be addressed. The home has high humidity and the a/c units have developed an issue with mold. We discussed a few different ways to address the air quality ranging from “spot treatment” up to a complete makeover for the indoor air.
