09JUN2023 Jason Brown Arrived for new customer not cooling well. Spoke with homeowners about their systems performance. We moved in about 2 years ago and the AC has never kept up. We’d like to either have it fixed or get it replaced. Inspected equipment found a 2018 Carrier furnace and coil. Found blower wheel and coil clean. Inspected ductwork and found there to be both a return under furnace platform and a ducted return in the attic. Return drop is in insulated hard pipe. Supply plenum is remote. Found the system to have adequate airflow and the filter clean. Inspected AC found the charge low and system dirty. Spoke with homeowners about my findings. We decided to charge it up without a leak search. Made homeowners aware that without a leak search we cannot warranty the refrigerant. Weighed in 5lbs 1 oz of 410a and cycled equipment. System is cooling with a 14 degree delta. Lower delta is likely due to high attic temps and humidity in the home. Please allow the system to run for a da
