Upon arrival unit was not running. Homeowner kept stating that it was the thermostat so what I did was bypass the thermostat to see if it was a bad thermostat upon further inspection. It was not a bad thermostat. It’s a clogged drain line and secondary pan is also full has an impacted Evaporator coil.
