I arrived and went through process but no key in lock box I uploaded pictures and spoke to Tanya to rearm alarm and I spoke to Jordan at air connect and explained we would charge trip charge for tonight and tomorrow she agreed schedule technician Saturday 9-12 time frame to perform service during business hours bank opens at 9am and close at noon 11/17-AK System is blowing out warm air, found heat pumps running upon arrival and thermostats were set to cool mode. These are occupied thermostats that are controlled by a company called BGIS. Needed to get access codes to thermostat. Went into programming and found thermostat set to conventional. The bank just had BGIS out here last week to make adjustments to Thermostat for the holiday. Somehow it got switched to conventional system. Switched over to heat pump, cycled and tested system, all operations OK at this time. Reprogram thermostat to operate in heat pump application
