Performed tuneup on AC system. Inspected indoor and outdoor coils, flushed drain line, replaced air filter, inspected blower wheel, checked temperatures, checked static pressure, checked refrigerant pressures, inspected all major and minor electrical components. Found sediment in drain line and biological growth in air handler, also there are no indoor or outdoor surge protectors. Gave client solutions for issues with system. Client is not home at the moment. Emailed estimate to client for her to review. Will follow up with client to go over options.
