Performed tuneup on AC system. Cleaned indoor and outdoor coils, flushed drain lines, inspected blower wheel, checked temperatures, checked, static pressure, checked refrigerant pressures, inspected all major and minor electrical components. Found UV bulb and air purifier element are overdue for replacement, there is no indoor or outdoor surge protection on system, and outdoor capacitor is weak on the fan side. Gave client solutions for issues with system. Client wants to move forward with all recommendations. Scheduled to return tomorrow, Thursday, November 20 to make all repairs. Cycled and tested system, all operations OK at this time.
