Performed tuneup on AC system. Inspected indoor and outdoor coils, flushed drain line, checked air filter, inspected blower wheel, checked temperatures, checked static pressures, checked refrigerant pressures, inspected all major and minor electrical components. Found biological growth buildup inside air handler, Drain line had a lot of sediment buildup, compressor had high startup amps, and condenser fan motor bearings are starting to wear and is almost at maximum amps. Gave client solutions for issues with system. Client needs to discuss options with spouse and will get back to us. All operations OK at this time.
