Mach one system maintenance performed and system is now operating normally. Condensate line was found to have an ascending pitch, not allowing proper draining and causing float switch to trip periodically. This caused the return plenum to become saturated with water. Customer was informed of this and paid for reconstruction of condensate line, allowing proper draining. Customer was advised and agreed to replace return plenum as well (to be completed 4/24/25). Condensate line flushed, air temperatures were recorded and are good static pressures are good, refrigerant pressure and temperatures were checked and are good, all major and minor electrical components were checked. Compressor did have excess inrush amps upon startup, customer was advised of this and opted for a hard start kit per recommendation. Customers was informed their preexisting uv bulb was burnt out and agreed to replacing it per recommendation. Bulb has been ordered and will be installed with new return plenum.
