Today, we performed an AC repair for a homeowner experiencing cooling issues. Upon inspection, we found that the condenser fan motor had failed, which was preventing proper heat dissipation. We replaced the faulty motor with a new OEM condenser fan motor and ensured that all electrical connections were secure. Additionally, we checked the refrigerant levels and found them to be low, so we recharged the system to the manufacturer’s specifications. We also cleaned the evaporator coil to improve airflow. After completing the repairs, we ran a full diagnostic, ensuring the AC unit was back to efficient and reliable cooling.
