Townsend services my heat, air conditioning, whole house generator and air filtration system. They also deliver our oil. Always excellent prompt service. Available for emergencies and regular maintenance. Great company. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly.

I had a furnace out and called at 8:30 AM and said the last time this occurred the Service Tech did not arrive till 4:30 PM and that was OK that time because I did not need to go anywhere on that day but this time I could not wait all day because I had appointments that I had to keep. The Service Tech said he was diverted from his original call to take care of me, he arrived early, was very thorough and fixed the problem. This allowed me to keep my appointments. Thanks to everyone for accommodating me.

My mother’s, an at home hospice patient, AC was not working well. Brian worked very hard to get it working, explaining very well what was wrong with the unit. Brian arranged for another visit so I could talk next steps. I told Brian that I would buy an AC to cool the condo down, until we could get mom’s unit fixed. Brian volunteer to come back to the condo to put in the window unit. This was not necessary, but it was the kindest offer of support that I could imagine. Brian was very concerned about my mother’s comfort and I am very grateful!!
