Upon arrival inspected furnace and unit was heating to temp. Performed heating maintained due to no present issues. Vacuumed up all debris around and inside furnace burner compartment from vent pipe. Should keep an eye out for further issues and replace cap if problems persist. Gas heating preventative maintenance performed Check filter - ok Clean flame sensor Inspect burners - no concerns Ohm test igniter: 63 Inspect wiring for loose connections and/or hot spots - none found Check humidifier pad: n/a Inspect exhaust flu - lots of debris around pipe, vacuumed no holes discovered on vent. Set thermostat for heat Check delta T - 56° Furnace is in optimal running conditions
