2004 Trane furnace. Upon arrival, system is in off mode. Test run operation twice with no obvious issues. Inspection of unit and further description of the behavior of the unit from Brandon, it is suspected thatcthe flame sensor is dirty, and causing issues. Removed and inspected flame sensor and found it mostly soot covered. Pulled burners and inspected those aswell. Cleaned flame sensor and brushed off burners. No rust is present on flame sensor or burners. Reinstalled flame sensor and burners, and test ran operation twice more with no issues. System is operational at this time.
