Preventative maintenence inspection on Trane geothermal and Daikin Heat Pump systems. Both systems are operating properly and efficiently. Both air filters are in good condition. There is already a 20x25x4 on site for Trane geothermal unit. Nancy asked that I leave a clean AA210 filter for the daikin system so they can be changed in the spring. Tested electric strip heating on both units to verify proper electric usage. All heating strips are operating properly. Blower motors are operating properly. Test ran heat pump heating on both units with no issues found or suspected. Recently installed NP flow center is full and operating properly. All systems tested good. Units are operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
