Upon arrival, system is locked out on code 3 for pressure switch did not close or reopened. Performed visual and physical evaluation and found that the exhaust motor is very hot, has very high mechanical resistance, and a squealing noise when spun by hand. Removed and disassembled motor and oiled bearing in attempt to get it operational as parts stores are closed today. Reinstalled exhaust motor and performed test run. Inducer came on as it should with less resistance and noise. Checking with amp meter showed that amp draw is on the high side of the allowable range. System is currently operating but cannot guarantee continued operation until exhaust motor is replaced. Will need to call for warranty status and parts availability Monday morning. Ashlea will call to schedule once part is in possession.
