Preventative maintenence inspection on 2008 Bryant high efficiency furnace running in good condition despite age. Air filter is in decent condition. Check again in 1-2 months. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Flush condensation trap and drain lines. System had a water leak internally due to broken drain hose clamp. Replace hose clamp to ensure no leakage. Informed tenant to keep an eye out for water leaks. Test ran system in heating mode from thermostat. Temperature rise is within specs. Blower and inducer motors tested good. Pvc flue vents in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. System is operating properly, safely, and ready for Winter.
