11/5/25 7:00pm Emergency service – upon arrival inspected furnace and found leaking by gas valve. Homeowner was interested in instant replacement. Remove and replace valve with available parts on van adjusted price accordingly for a warranty valve under after hours labor. Homeowner informed me of a technician previously adjusting airflow on the furnace downstairs, giving him more problems than solution. He wanted me to convert it back. I believe I have converted it back to the original settings. It was on. I changed orange to gray. If things aren’t better next season, we will further address.
