Performed heating maintenance on a 2022 Lennox 96% efficient single stage natural gas furnace Replaced aprilaire 35 water panel for the humidifier Tightened water line on the outlet of the solenoid to stop a small leak Pulled condensate lines and cleared debris that was causing a water backup into the inducer housing Tightened clamp on inducer outlet coupling to stop a water leak Pulled burner door off and inspected burners Removed flame sensor and cleaned 20x25x4 filter is good Blower wheel is dirty with drywall dust from new construction Recommend cleaning the blower wheel Run tested furnace Adjusted gas pressure to 3.0"wc. and increased blower speed to high Temperature rise 67⁰ (spec is 45-75⁰) Humidifier working properly, no water leaks at this time Other than the dirty blower wheel, furnace is in good shape and operating properly at this time.
