Upon arrival inspected Ssysyem and found broken inducer cooling wheel. Inform homeowner of noise source and recommend repair with spare wheel from office. Repair was approved obtained wheel and repaired inducer then test ran furnace and performed heating PMI. Gas heating preventative maintenance performed Check filter - clean Clean flame sensor Inspect burners : no concerns Ohm test igniter: 64.3 Inspect wiring for loose connections and/or hot spots - none found Check humidifier pad: n/a Inspect exhaust flu - no concerns Set thermostat for heat Check amp draw on blower motor: 4.21 Check amp draw on inducer motor:0.92 Check delta T - 54° Furnace is in optimal running conditions
