Expansion valve (TXV) on indoor coil is not regulating refrigerant flow properly. Indoor coil is starved for refrigerant Pumped refrigerant back to outdoor unit Flowed nitrogen through the system to keep moisture and air out while system was open Replaced TXV. Pressure tested to 400psi Released nitrogen from the system Connected vacuum pump Pulled down to 300 microns Performed ten minute decay test Vacuum rose to 740 microns after 10 minutes Pulled vacuum down to 260 microns for an additional 10 minutes Opened valves to release refrigerant back to the indoor coil Started up system All numbers are nominal for the current indoor and outdoor conditions
