Preventative maintenence inspection on 2019 Bryant high efficiency furnace. System is running in great condition. 16x25x4 air filter is in good condition. Replaced #10 humidifier pad. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor @ 51ohms. Flushed out collector box drain trap. Test ran furnace in first and second stage heating. Both stages are operating with gas manifold pressure specifications and temperature rise specifications. Pvc flue vents in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. Blower and inducer motors tested good. Humidifier is operational and damper is open. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
