Preventative maintenence inspection on 2010 Trane airhandler. Air filter is in good condition. Checked for any loose wiring in airhandler. Test ran operation of electric heat strips. All heat strips are operating properly. Air handler is operating properly and ready for Winter. Attempted test run of heat pump heating. Found that there is no high voltage to the outdoor unit. Indoor breaker is on, wire is mostly traceable, but it is a different wire coming out of the siding at the heat pump. An electrician will need called with electrical diagnosis. 24v call for contactor is still present. Due to inability to test run heat pump, cannot guarantee that it operates.
