Preventative maintenence inspection on 2023 Daikin gas furnace. AA210 filter in decent condition. Check again in 1-2 months. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Flush condensation trap and drain lines. #35 humidifier pad in good condition. Enabled outdoor temperature humidification limit to prevent condensation on windows. Test run furnace in heating mode from thermostat. Temperature rise is within specs. Blower and inducer motors tested good. Pvc flue vents in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. Humidifier operation tested. All systems are operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
