Preventative maintenence inspection on two Trane AC systems. 5959 air filter in recent condition, new filter installed for 9567. Visual inspection of indoor coils. Flush condensation drain pans and drain lines. Run test units in cooling mode from respective thermostats. All systems are operating properly and within specs. Refrigerant, compressor, fan motor, and capacitor are all measuring within proper specifications detailed in individual inspection report papers. Systems are all operating properly, efficiently and ready for Summer.
