Checked charge Running 2⁰ subcool, was at 14⁰ upon departure last visit Performed leak search with UV light AND electronic sniffer UV light did not locate any dye on indoor coil or outdoor unit Searched line set as far as it could be reached Sniffer got a hit on the TXV nut Cut exhaust and intake for furnace Cut drain line to coil Pulled coil out Tightened nut Rechecked with sniffer and soap bubbles No leak detected Topped system off with refrigerant back to 14⁰ subcool, took a half pound Reassembled exhaust and intake for furnace Reassembled drain line System operating normally at this time.
