Filter was getting snagged on the inside lip Blower is in OK condition Pulled flame sensor and cleaned Condensate trap is clear Intake and exhaust pipes are in good shape, no leaks at the glue joints Visual inspection of burners, good shape Run tested furnace High fire gas pressure set to 3.2"wc Temperature rise 62⁰ Low fire gas pressure set to 1.3"wc Temperature rise 49⁰ No condensate leaks inside the furnace or from the drain lines external Furnace is in great shape and operating perfectly within manufacturer's specifications at this time
