Service warranty Upon arrival, thermostat is reading 48% humidity and standalone sensors are reading 15%. Used psycrometer to accurately measure humidity at 38%. Set offset on thermostat to read 38%. Inspection of humidifier shows wire plug on molex connecter has been disconnected, most likely during the maintenance. Plugged wire back in and test ran operation. All humidity settings and equipment are operating properly.
