Preventative maintenence inspection on 2023 Daikin gas furnace. 20x25x4 air filter in new condition. #35 humidifier pad in new condition. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor. Visual inspection of burners. Flush condensation trap and drain lines. Confirm proper furnace dipswitch settings. Test run operation in heating mode. Temperature rise is within specs for both stages. Blower and inducer motors tested good. Pvc flue vents in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. Run test humidifier during heating test. All systems are operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
