Preventative maintenence inspection on Lennox airhandler unit. Air filter is in clean condition. Humidifier pad in good condition. Visual inspection of electrical and blower compartments. Test run system in auxiliary heating mode. Heat strips are all operating properly. Blower motor is operating properly. Test run operation of heat pump heating. Temperature rise for both auxiliary and heat pump heating are within specifications. Test ran operation of humidifier. All systems are operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
