Performed heating maintenance on a 2017 Goodman single stage 96% efficient natural gas furnace Corrected some drain tubing issues from new construction install inside the furnace (tubing cut incorrect length and kinked) Corrected hose clamps issues on the inducer outlet elbow that had signs of water leakage 20x25x1 Filter is still good, left the one we provide with the gold maintenance plan on top of the filter rack Blower wheel is clean Blower capacitor measured 19.8mfd Pulled condensate trap and flushed with water (had lots of debris buildup) Pulled flame sensor and cleaned with steel wool Run tested furnace Burner gas Manifold pressure set to 3.5"wc Temperature rise is a steady 50⁰ Furnace is in good shape and operating within manufacturer's specifications at this time
