Gas heating preventative maintenance performed Check filter - 20x25x4 new today Clean flame sensor Inspect burners - clean Ohm test igniter: 54.2 Inspect wiring for loose connections and/or hot spots - none found Check humidifier pad: panel ok - water supply very concerning (CPVC should not have a saddle valve on it) photo submitted. Wiring also improper allowing humidifier operation without gas heat or fan. Turned off currently. Inspect exhaust flu - no concerns with exhaust. No drain on intake allowing excess moisture into burner compartment. Set thermostat for heat Check amp draw on blower motor: 3.26 Check amp draw on inducer motor:0.62 Check delta T - 53° Furnace is in optimal running conditions
