Performed heating maintenance on a 2014 Trane two stage 96% efficient natural gas furnace Replaced humidifier water panel Old panel was disintegrating and causing the humidifier to leak water Verified correct operation and no water leaks and opened bypass damper to winter position Pulled condensate trap and flushed with water Pulled flame sensor and cleaned with steel wool Run tested furnace Low fire gas pressure set to 1.7"wc Temperature rise peaked at 59⁰ High fire gas pressure set to 3.5" Temperature rise 59⁰ Ran combustion test: numbers are perfect Tested ductwork for carbon monoxide-- got 0ppm reading Furnace is operating within factory specifications at this time
