Preventative maintenence inspection on Rheem electric air handler and Mitsubishi mini split heat pump. Rheem electric air handler is operating properly. Tested electric heating strips. All are operating within specs. Blower motor is operating within specs. Test3d operation of heat pump heating with no issues suspected. Did not check refrigerant pressures as there is no issue suspected at this time. Refrigerant pressures will be checked during spring visit. Tested heating operation of Mitsubishi mini split. Air temperature rise of 27F with supply temperature of 99F. No codes showing on outdoor unit. Reshaped thum-gum on Mitsubishi lineset to block hole. All systems are operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
