Preventative maintenence inspection on 2016 Trane high efficiency gas furnace. Aprilaire 410 filter is in dirty condition and should be replaced soon. Clean flame sensor and check ignitor ohms. Visual inspection of burners and heat exchanger openings. Flush condensation trap to remove debris. Test inducer motor resistance. Test run system in second stage gas heating. Temperature rof 55F is withing specs of 35-65F. Inducer motor amp draw at 0.7A. Blower motor amp draw of 6A. 2" pvc flue in good condition and no sign of leaks. 0PPM CO detected during testing. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
