Preventative maintenence inspection on ICP 2016 Air Handler. Replace 20x20x1 air filter. Visual inspection of blower, electrical, and coil sections. Test run operation of electriccstrip heat. All heat strips are operating properly and within specs. Blower motor is operating properly. Test run operation of heat pump heating. Perform non-invasive refrigerant test by testing refrigerant temperatures. Temperatures are within specifications based on outdoor ambient temperature. System is operating properly, efficiently and ready for Winter.
