They came out to do an estimate on ceiling fans/electrical work and they were friendly, professional and knowledgeable! I was given their name by a friend and I would definitely recommend them to others!
Nick Thomas was outstanding. Very professional and polite. Took time to explain what he was doing, and job was completed in a timely manner.
Great service, rep was straight forward and honest to me. laid out my options great warranty by the way.
Nick was an awesome technician! Not only was he friendly and professional, but he was very knowledgeable and helpful at explaining the service and process to me. I had an EV charger installed and Nick was quick and efficient. He also encouraged me to get a surge protector installed which I greatly appreciated. The finished product looked amazing and the charger work better than expected!
Matt was professional, helpful, and responded to my concerns. He got creative and was able to avoid damaging drywall while running new wire to add a drop for a smoke/co2 detector. I would have liked a bit faster install after consultation and the work cost more than I'd hoped, but he did a great job and I think I got quality work for my money.
Nick was wonderful, quick and very efficient. He hooked up our attic fan and was polite throughout the visit.
My service technician Alex Weber was on time, kind and knowledgeable about electrical wiring. He gave me some advice on EV chargers if I plan to move from my home in the future. Alex also got the job done in timely manner. I would recommend him and Haas and Son’s for any electrical work needed in my home
Haas & Sons was able to get someone out to look at electrical issues without a long wait; showed up early (after phoning to ask if it was okay to move the appointment up), and managed to complete all the work the same day. Alex was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly, and made sure we understood everything before starting the work. We were super impressed he was able to get everything done the same day, and we were very satisfied with the work.

Today’s visit was for circuit breaker tripping for the washing machine circuit. It turned out to be a bad breaker. With the storms that have been occurring lately, and the timeline that the customer gave it could have quite possibly been a surge. See below for worked perform to prevent this from happening again. Replace dual function breaker for washer circuit Install Vortex Haas and Sons whole home surge
Installation of new ceiling fixture located in the dining room replacing a fan. Currently the switch bank houses one turn dial for the fan motor and one switch for the light. We would replace one switch with a dimmer to accommodate new fixture install. Installation of new two pole breakers (2) to replace 4 circuits that shared neutrals. It’s required to have a common throw handle for those shared neutral circuits.
For todays visit i came out to find a solution on fixing the power loss issues in the garage and look at other plugs that were beginning to fail. The panel was original to the home with a 200 amp CH split bus with many panel violations such as double tapped neutrals and over heating neutral circuits. I brought these to the attention to the home owner and recommended on replacement. I also checked the devices health out and saw that the devices were original to the home and the plugs were beginning to fail and drop the appliance cords when plugged in. Currently customer would like just a quote and then if deciding to move forward customer will reach out to schedule.
Arrived onsite and was shown to the back GFCI which he explained framers were using it and upon one of them plugging a saw into it, it burnt the GFCI out and would no longer reset. It was on a dedicated circuit on the other side of the panel son we replaced that GFCI and the in use cover, and i also discussed surge protection which we went ahead and installed as well. Tested and verified everything working. Replace bad outdoor GFCI and in use cover Install whole home surge protection
installed a new charger in which we installed PVC on the outside of the wall up into the charger and then fish the wire behind the wall up into the bottom of the panel. We installed a new 50 amp breaker to control the charger as it is only rated for 40 A. We installed a new 6/3 SEU copper line and installed a whole home surge protector inside the main panel.
Installation of new Kichler surface mounted 7.5 inch 2700k lighting fixture. Current fixture no longer works properly and flickers.
Arrived onsite to do a whole home safety inspection. Started outside, and came in and we worked our way from the bottom floor up. I went back to the panel last, to take my pictures, do my thermal scan, and checkout the grounding and bonding on the house. The only safety concerns I ran into were all the devices in the home were rather old and should be replaces( are also backstabbed) , and the 3 smoke carbon detectors currently in the home have been there since it was built. I Removed and replaced original smoke detectors to new smoke/carbon combination detectors in all 3 locations. All 3 combo detectors got removed and replaced and are all verified working now. I am also going to email a quote for the Re-Deviceing of the home as well via her request because she mentioned addressing it end of this year, beginning of next.
i preformed the annual assessment. I removed and replaced a customer supplied ceiling fan in the master bedroom
The customer originally called to add a outlet in his downstairs office area for multiple printers after checking the receptacle in the garage which was a dedicated 20 amp circuit I explain to the customer we would have to trench open the wall of the garage then drill through the studs for our 12–2 wire then fish down the wall and install a old work box and then install a tamper resistant duplex receptacle in the office I also mentioned and brought up the fact the customer does not have a whole home surge protector and these Or not only mandatory nowadays for new construction as of 2020 national electric code they are a fantastic idea to protect your homes electronics and your homes utilities from potential power surges.
The reason for today’s visit was to install a new customer supplied Tesla wall charger. We ran a new dedicated 60 amp 240 volt circuit through the garage ceiling over to the opposite wall and mounted charger. We installed a new 60 amp CH breaker to power new charger. While on-site we installed a vortex whole home surge protector inside the main panel.
