Worked hard to avoid Drywall Damage

Matt was professional, helpful, and responded to my concerns. He got creative and was able to avoid damaging drywall while running new wire to add a drop for a smoke/co2 detector. I would have liked a bit faster install after consultation and the work cost more than I'd hoped, but he did a great job and I think I got quality work for my money.

Great Price on Tesla charger installation

My service technician Alex Weber was on time, kind and knowledgeable about electrical wiring. He gave me some advice on EV chargers if I plan to move from my home in the future. Alex also got the job done in timely manner. I would recommend him and Haas and Son’s for any electrical work needed in my home

Fantastic service

Haas & Sons was able to get someone out to look at electrical issues without a long wait; showed up early (after phoning to ask if it was okay to move the appointment up), and managed to complete all the work the same day. Alex was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly, and made sure we understood everything before starting the work. We were super impressed he was able to get everything done the same day, and we were very satisfied with the work.

exceptional quality and service

I was having electrical issues throughout the house and called in to schedule an estimate. Nick came out next day, laid out multiple options for me, and was able to go to work same day. I got a heavy up, needed grounding, new panel, new meter, etc and Nick knocked it out a day later. He took great care in putting in the new panel and could tell he takes pride in doing it right. It looks awesome now and of course working great. The owner takes your calls as well to help diagnose and plan, they’ve got a great email/text notification system, and very timely appointments. Definitely recommend.

Was called out in regards to a home inspection. Inspector thought he had seen aluminum wiring in the panel for the oven. Upon further inspection, I realize it was in fact not aluminum wiring, but is number 10 copper wire landed on double pole 30 amp breaker. I got all oxidation off the ends of the copper wire, so it was clearly visible in pictures, and in person that it was in fact copper number 10 wire.

This estimate includes the repair to the circuit supplying the sunroom AC unit with 240V. We have established 240V for the AC receptacle in the sunroom. Power was lost at the receptacle where power feeds the room. That receptacle is located underneath the table, to the left of entrance.

I removed and replaced all the receptacles in the bathrooms and outside with gfcis Outside- i installed weather resistant gfcis with in use bubble covers I re did all the splices inside of the boxes to ensure the best and safest connections and i found when customer had bathroom re modeled the person who wired the gfci did so so they had 2 separate circuits going to one. So I separated them so customer didn’t have anything back feeding back to the panel I also installed a stacker switch in the hallway bathroom I removed and installed a new pull chain keyless light fixture in basement Customer is vip member #review

Customer stated they had an appliance company come out and confirm that it was the power to the dryer. Upon inspection I found out the cord and on the dryer had burn marks and the casing starting to melt. And then pulled out the dryer plug and found that the dryer plug itself had begun to melt and break apart inside. Well at the panel inspecting customer stated that it wasDark in the panel closet. We provided several solutions for installing a customer supplied level to car charger. First solution was to install customer provided charger right next to the main panel that is located in the garage. This is the easiest solution as we will not have to fish wire through the ceiling. The second solution was to run a new line through the garage ceiling and down the opposite wall and install customer supply charger. The solution will require us to cut holes in the ceiling and walls to fish the wire behind the drywall. We also provided pricing to have whole home surge protection installed at the main panel while one of the first two solutions are being completed. Surge protection is installed in the main panel. It will be installed on their own breaker. This device will work constantly behind the scenes monitoring the power to the home. Installing whole home surge protection extends appliances up to 30% longer and safeguards against big surges. The rating on them is how large of a surge

Reason for today’s visit was to assess the power loss issue in the second-floor middle bedroom as well as the master bathroom lights. Final inspection customer show me panels and the breaker that controls the rooms where the power loss was located and we noticed the third breaker from the top left was in a tripped position. Reset breaker and a restored power loss to the rooms. While inspecting the panels I noticed a buzzing noise coming from all three of the arc fault breakers located in the left panel. This is an early indicator of the breakers failing. I pushed on the breakers to make sure they were engaged fully and they were. We recommend having the three generation one arc fault breakers (BR series) replaced. We also found that neither panel had a whole home surge protection.

Reason for today’s visit was to replace customer supplied foyer light as well as swap out a customer supplied smoke detector. We recommended customer install a dimmer switch so that they could control the brightness of the fixture. We installed the dimmer switch next to the front door and place of an old three-way. Well on site we swapped out a customer supplied smoke detector at the bottom of the stairs. Customer had already replaced other smoke detectors in the house. While performing my safety performance assessment I went through the main panel and found it in excellent condition the service cable was fully intact and properly sized. There was no rust or corrosion and there is still space to add circuits in the future. The only thing that was missing was whole home surge protection. This Device will protect home and electronics from harmful surges. #. Review

Reason for today’s visit was the troubleshoot power loss to the first floor bedroom and foyer lights. After my assessment I found that the devices in the first floor bedroom were all speed wired or backstabbed which caused weak connections and caused one of the devices to melt. After pulling out several of the other devices I found that many of the other ones were showing discoloration due to melting. I checked several other devices And found that the rest of the floor was all wired properly. My recommendation was to replace all the backstab devices on the circuit. Customer went ahead with the replace work and had all seven outlets in the bedroom replaced. The arc fault breaker which protected/controlled this circuit was already replaced with a new duel function style BR breaker. Once work was completed we test it out devices and lights on the circuit and everything checked out properly. We also made a quote to replace all the smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors in the home.
