They came out to do an estimate on ceiling fans/electrical work and they were friendly, professional and knowledgeable! I was given their name by a friend and I would definitely recommend them to others!
Nick Thomas was outstanding. Very professional and polite. Took time to explain what he was doing, and job was completed in a timely manner.
Great service, rep was straight forward and honest to me. laid out my options great warranty by the way.
Nick was an awesome technician! Not only was he friendly and professional, but he was very knowledgeable and helpful at explaining the service and process to me. I had an EV charger installed and Nick was quick and efficient. He also encouraged me to get a surge protector installed which I greatly appreciated. The finished product looked amazing and the charger work better than expected!
Matt was professional, helpful, and responded to my concerns. He got creative and was able to avoid damaging drywall while running new wire to add a drop for a smoke/co2 detector. I would have liked a bit faster install after consultation and the work cost more than I'd hoped, but he did a great job and I think I got quality work for my money.
Nick was wonderful, quick and very efficient. He hooked up our attic fan and was polite throughout the visit.
My service technician Alex Weber was on time, kind and knowledgeable about electrical wiring. He gave me some advice on EV chargers if I plan to move from my home in the future. Alex also got the job done in timely manner. I would recommend him and Haas and Son’s for any electrical work needed in my home
Haas & Sons was able to get someone out to look at electrical issues without a long wait; showed up early (after phoning to ask if it was okay to move the appointment up), and managed to complete all the work the same day. Alex was knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. He explained everything thoroughly, and made sure we understood everything before starting the work. We were super impressed he was able to get everything done the same day, and we were very satisfied with the work.
The technical Mike was outstanding. very thorough and very professional

The reason for today’s visit was to provide a solution for installation of a new Level 2 EV charger circuit. When we arrived we saw a 200 amp main CH panel with solar and a 100 amp sub panel. The feeder cable and circuits inside of the sub panel had many scores and rips exposing the wiring . This is a severe hazard due to the wires being able to touch the grounding and panel itself. Our solution provided stated we would replace the current sub panel with a new main 200 amp panel. We also would install two new Vortex surge protectors alongside updating the grounding and bonding. This also includes installation of a new exterior disconnect for each panel. Each panel will also include a new feeder wire from the meter to the disconnect to the panels. We would also relabel and install new breakers correcting all hazards of the sub panel. Customer would also like to have an EV circuit ran from the basement to the garage by way of opening the sheet rock. We would install a new 60 amp dedicate

Arrived onsite and the husband told us the 3 way system controlling the upstairs light at the top and bottom of the stairs weren’t working properly. Upon opening them up both switches are degraded and in need of repair so i wrote it up for him, showed him, and then me and Tyler replaced both 3 way switches, tested and verified them working. (Not a warranty/recall)
Arrived onsite and was shown to the garage and was told about the new tesla model 3 the resident is getting next week, and then i talked about charging options he could go with for that wall. After that, we took a look at the basement, the main electrical panel, and determined how much wire we would need, how i would run it, and talked to him about whole home surge protection. We talked about his different options to get it done, i wrote up a few options, and due to no one else being home at the time i will email the different options t the resident so he can make a decision.
Arrived onsite and was walked through a list of items they wanted either an estimate for, or addressed today. One of those things, was the switching on the kitchen lighting. The3 way system wasn’t working correctly so i opened it, troubleshot it and found the switch in the kitchen was faulty and ended up replacing that. Another item on the list, was the downstairs situation with the shelving. So they bought shelving/cabinets to go in at the bottom of the stairs, but currently there is an outlet and both main 3 way switches for the downstairs on that wall. After presenting a few solutions, we decided to blank the switches and i rerouted them to the railing side of the wall about 6 ft away or so, and then blanked the old switches off. I also added a new receptacle off the existing one behind where the new cabinet will go, and added one just outside on the wall outside of where the cabinets will sit. After that we cleaned up, i wrote it up, and then walked todays project with the resident

Today’s visit was for circuit breaker tripping for the washing machine circuit. It turned out to be a bad breaker. With the storms that have been occurring lately, and the timeline that the customer gave it could have quite possibly been a surge. See below for worked perform to prevent this from happening again. Replace dual function breaker for washer circuit Install Vortex Haas and Sons whole home surge
Installation of new ceiling fixture located in the dining room replacing a fan. Currently the switch bank houses one turn dial for the fan motor and one switch for the light. We would replace one switch with a dimmer to accommodate new fixture install. Installation of new two pole breakers (2) to replace 4 circuits that shared neutrals. It’s required to have a common throw handle for those shared neutral circuits.
For todays visit i came out to find a solution on fixing the power loss issues in the garage and look at other plugs that were beginning to fail. The panel was original to the home with a 200 amp CH split bus with many panel violations such as double tapped neutrals and over heating neutral circuits. I brought these to the attention to the home owner and recommended on replacement. I also checked the devices health out and saw that the devices were original to the home and the plugs were beginning to fail and drop the appliance cords when plugged in. Currently customer would like just a quote and then if deciding to move forward customer will reach out to schedule.
