We will install existing lights into the ceiling with proper wire connectors into junction boxes, attached to lights. We will install proper wire stacks on studs behind the wall in the closet under the stairs. We will pull an electrical permit for the lights. We are not responsible for any existing wire, lights, or terminations other than ones we touch in the 7 wafer lights themselves. If the inspector requires additional work to be done, there will be additional cost, which includes opening up ceiling, securing new wires, rewiring, etc. We will install blank plates on open receptacle boxes along the back wall and make sure there is no power going to them.
