Remove existing ceiling fan and replace with customer supplied ceiling fan. Replace washing machine receptacle with a GFCI. Completed annual maintenance assessment. While completing my assessment, I noticed that many of the devices within the home were back-stabbed. I also noted that some of the receptacles were beginning to crack due to the use of metal plates. I suggested to the customer that they look into replacing all of the devices within the home before any problems arise due to the back-stabbed connections and the metal plates. I also noted a lack of GFCI protection at the washing machine. Customer also wanted a fan to be installed in the upstairs bedroom/sewing room. I provided solutions to replace the fan as well as the washing machine receptacle with a GFCI. Customer agreed to solution provided.
