Install new jumper wire from dining area into the kitchen to re-feed the kitchen. Reason for today’s visit was to assess an issue that was occurring yesterday when Josh had went out, but continue to do it after he had left. After assessing the issue, we were able to find that there was a bad wire, jumping from the dining room to the kitchen, causing the breaker to trip when a load was put on the outlets. While re-feeding the dining room to the kitchen, I found that the wires going down to the outlet on the kitchen wall in the dining room were pinched underneath of the ductwork. We cut those wires out and installed a new receptacle with a new wire in the dining room wall and re-fed the kitchen to gang via a junction box in the attic.
