Arrived onsite and was show to a kitchen receptacle that was near the under cabinet lighting switch and told that when she went to use her toaster after we came that day it didn’t work in that outlet. I began troubleshooting the countertop and found its 2 GFCI’s, one that controls it own outlet for the 2 small appliances circuits. The GFCI to the right of the kitchen window was bad, which caused the outlet downstream to not work. There was also a bad outlet in the dining room as well that after I talked with the resident, she wanted to get the problems addressed today. So I ended up replacing the kitchen GFCI, and the dining room outlet which all have the correct power to them now, as well as the outlet the toaster plug into.
