Went throughout the house and he had redevice the entire house, had all the smoke detectors to update it soon, and had no current problems or concerns to bring up on his behalf. So i went through the house and did a thorough inspection and the only thing i found safety wise was while testing the arc faults in the panel were that both of the arc faults in the ch panel were both bad, wouldn’t reset. I went through everything with him and he wanted them replaced immediately so that’s what i did. Both arc faults are replaced and now working properly. I typed up the whole safety report and reviewed it and then wrapped up our yearly inspection.
