2023 PCSA Heating Check Up Renewal Completed heating maintenance, coils are clean, filter is provided by customer, checked system operation and found no issues, air handler insulation was coming off so I reinforced it with a piece of metal, customer had concerns of wood flooring rotting due to moisture, checked under crawl space and found no signs of rotting. Made sure system is working properly System is heating at this time
