Customer had concerns about AC not keeping up, found tripped breaker, found mice made a nest in electrical compartment in AC unit and chewed up power wires, fixed wiring and checked system operation, found system low on gas, charged unit with 3 pounds of R22 and made sure system is working properly System is operational
