PCSA 2022 Heating Check Up Prepaid. System is heating efficiently at this time. Found 5 dead mice on filter and in cabinet of system. Cleaned and disinfected area and Replaced filter. Mice caused no damage to system. Customer does not have a CO detector and after discussing the importance of one, they are going to talk it over on whether they would like to have one installed. Customer also wants to possibly change out thermostat on next maintenance for more accurate temperature readings. System is operating normally at this time. Found capacitor was also going bad, replaced and verified operation.
